Simple Avocado Toast Recipe




Avocado is a Great fruit which has great values towards our body. They are a great source of potassium. A 100-grams serving of avocado contains 485 milligrams of potassium, Potassium also works to combat high blood pressure. And this fruit is contained with unsaturated fat that works to lower LDL cholesterol without affecting the good HDL cholesterol and also Avocado is a very good source of fiber. Foods with more fiber tend to keep you satiated longer This makes avocados a great choice for people who are watching their weight. And also ideal Toast snack for pre-workout. And this is a toast which you can make in a second Yummy!! 


Ingredients

  • Perfectly ripe avocados fresh (preferably sourdough) 
  • bread, (Brown Bread would be awesome)
  • olive oil/butter 


Take the ripe Avocado and cut in half like below.

 


 

Avocados are always a surprise on the inside, so make sure to use a Avocado which does not has brown spots over the surface.

 

Then Take a fork and shred the surface of the Avocado like below.

 


 

Now add some salt and mash a bit with the fork so that it gets evenly distributed.

 


 

Now toast the both sides of the bread like below.



 

Now take a piece of Garlic and rub over the toast like below.

 


 

This is what takes a basic toast to be awesome so don't skip it!

 

Now scoop the Avocado from the shell and spread on the toast like below.

 


 

It is better to keep the Avocado as chunky on the toast but if you prefer otherwise go for it.

 

Top it with pepper or chili fakes or you can may be add little bit of mayonnaise if you prefer extra taste.
