This Strawberry smoothie is Quick and Easy make which can me made by few ingredients. Rich in flavor and very thick and also good for your tummy if you feel like Gastric. Enrich with good vitamins and Quality calories. So let's get started.
Ingredients: (You can use customized amounts of below ingredients to taste)
- Fresh or Frozen Strawberries.
- Vanilla yogurt
- Fresh milk
- Maple syrup
Here is the Method
First you take the Blender and add Strawberries in.
Then add Your Vanilla Yogurt to your taste. More yogurt more thicker!
Now add the Milk. You can use flavored milk like chocolate or Almond etc. but I recommend to use fresh milk that you won't be lose the natural strawberry flavor.
Then add a tiny amount of Maple Syrup.
